Osbot not loading, keeps extracting to a .cpgz file

Trying to load osborne on my mac but when i click the .jar file it tried extracting it and creates osbot.jar.cpgz

 

Anyone know how to fix this?

Yeah I think that's the issue, any idea how I can do this? I can't find java on the open with menu
