Ordering Premium Scripts through Paypal

Recently, I went to purchase a premium script and as I was checking out through paypal I got an error saying that it would not be processed. On paypal, I'm using my left over balance (9 cents XD) and a pre-paid visa gift card that has $100+ cash on it. The pre-paid card acts as almost a credit card in most situations I've used it so I'm surprised it doesn't work now. Any suggestions?

double check its the right card and make sure the card is activated

also make sure you dont auto renew the script if it monthly

sometimes with the prepaid cards for me it wont let it do that

I'm buying stealth quester so I'm prety sure its a 1 time $20 purchase. Also the card is correct. I have also checked and it has enough money. Error message is attached below.
