cant open osbot jar file

i just got a new laptop and i am trying to download osbot but the jar is file is trying to open in internet explorer and keeps oing in circles of saving and opening it. i have java downloaded as well. how can i open osbot?

yeah thats what i meant. it is tiny compared to what it was on my other laptop. is there nyway to make it bigger? like pressing ctrl+(+)? like you would to zoom in with chrome.
