Evidence:

 

Used a middle man: w22

 

This guy claims he got to jad (61/62 waves) and died - With no evidence.

He logs out, I log in, there is no tokkul, there is 3k bolt racks missing, brews drank (9 doses left) and about 10 full vials of super restores left.

He claims that he should get 4.92m because according to his T.O.S he should get 80k/wave (5m/62). He has no evidence to support his theories that he had gotten to wave 61/62.

After he had failed, he edits his OP as you can see (about 2 hours later than the thread made) about his "IF I FAIL" T.O.S

Right after that I see on zybes him selling 3k bolt racks, ironic I know: http://puu.sh/46deR.png

After that, I ask if i can buy my bolts back:

My origonaal complaint is that:

 

1) I would like my items back as per his T.O.S 

• will refund if failed, all waves are treated with equal value and a refund 
  

^^ This T.O.S is very unclear, however first states if he failed, he will refund.

 

2) I would like my negative feedback removed if possible due to him giving me incorrect negative feedback, out of spite.
