I use to get banned after like 30 minutes max, I now train my accounts by hand for like 3 hours then bot and haven't been banned for a while. 

I once got an account to 95 woodcutting, 90 firemaking, 80 fletching, 75 fishing and 99 cooking and then got banned when I decided to bot for 18 hours straight. 

I always hand train my accounts for a while before I start to bot, feel like this reduces the rate of bans, I also then do around an hour of hand training aday.

Guys. Weath was away for like 2 weeks on holiday around that time... I had botted 24/7 no bans as well.
