See this is a really tricky situation with level 3's that are botted then sold. Personally, i think if you let them cool down for over a week or two then begin selling them, your ToS makes more sense, cool down for a few days however, in my opinion, isn't enough. If you want, pm me about this and we'll discuss it further because i understand your point of view too but this isn't the place to come to a solution about it. 

 

@tranzystor3 and @Lewis have you two came to an agreement over what will happen?

i asked the community how many days cooldown they would like on accs, most said 3+
these accs in question was sat for 5+ days

check my first post. He didnt want a refund only unbanned list.

If that was the case he wouldn't have made this dispute and proceeded to ask for a 50%. 

Let us know if you guys can't come to a "reasonable" agreement over this and we'll be more than happy to do it for you.
