Explanation:   "bought" 50m 07 gp on the "1st" of june and never received, posted to a forum moderator who only told me to dispute... 

Later find out he's been BANNED for scamming but i've got no idea of the time frame of the ban. 

Evidence:   Will post paypal transaction if needed but since he's banned i have no idea what happens...
