Lumbridge Gate - ??

Hi, I've tried interacting with the toll gate in lumbridge & I can't seem to get it to work, it would seem to be an NPC due to the blue name tag, but whenever I try to interact with it, I got a null pointer. Any help would be appreciated!

Edit: just found out it's an object with a blue name :?

Entity hover debug to see its complete name. Or if you want, you can also just use its ID.
