I wouldn't pay more for these accounts.
Not talking about hand levelling 1 - 70 x3 that is more expensive, but you pay more for being OO then.

I have a steady supplier with accounts that are botted with 1 week cd.

Around 15-25m is the rough price.

 

You pay more for services/people to hand level as there's minimal risk.
