Scammed me, refunded me and still tried to get me to buy it

 

"That's nothing new but ok still have accounts out that have not been recovered
The twc is there a precaution for a short period of time
Don't see the logic in the scamming of accounts
Gonna recover 20 account and play them all?

you never got scammed you monkey you sent the payment it got sent back and you tried to buy the account again with higher stats

Reading the scam report you did say you weren't going to refund him. 

Now you say he wasn't scammed because he received his money back.
