xcendrox Posted June 6, 2017 Share Posted June 6, 2017 This is due to creating too many accounts in such a short time from a given ip. And if you do create an account on your home ip and change to a different VPS/ dedi, give it some rest time if you did it by hand. if you're botting it, it could be the script.
