Jagex never bans accounts permanently. 

 

I've been playing Runescape since 2004. Every account I've ever had "permanently" banned, was unbanned ~2-4 years later. This is even the case in the current Oldschool. My main was permanently banned in 2013 or 2014, and last month I checked and it was unbanned.

Like I said, I've been playing since 2004. All of my permanently banned accounts were silently unbanned.

super old banned accounts never used to be perm, they always had a stupid like 5-10 year countdown as a joke 

2-4 years is a long time... but it must be worth

My Oldschool main permanently banned in 2013/2014 was recently unbanned.

Had an account banned in 2013 the account is still banned to this day.

i have accounts banned from 2011 and still banned

have fun convincing everyone of that one m8

Err... Buying all banned mains! 

This is like that time kids ranqe went crazy and said cancer was good for us, but the treatment they gave us is what killed us xD

thats true cuz i had 2-3 accounts was banned in 2012 and after few years i can logged in just needed recovery back cuz its said locked
