Does anyone know if mobile game cheats actually work? How do people get unlimited gold and coins on a simple mobile game, I don't want to have to pay for it but there is no way you can compete on certain games without the help of either cheating or buying shit...

This, if the game is a decent one then most are fake that show you hacked coins/gems etc.

Maybe try bluestacks? it's a android emulator for PC - probs can do some stuff with that if you put in some time.

There's one good site for android which I used to use. Not sure about IOS
