Lots of 3 letter names and numbers that aren't taken. Don't think they will ever be rare.

If it's things like '99', '73', '69' or 'AA', 'PS' or anything generic like that then probably worth some sort of value. Anything else I'd just consider junk but that's IMO

Random 2 letters > 40m+
