Dispute against scruffyryl

Overview: I created a Buying thread for OSRS gold. scruffyryl sent me a PM asking if I was still looking to buy. A deal was made over OSBot private messages. After sending the funds and waiting where he stated to meet in game for over an hour he never showed. I waited over 1 hour after having contact with him sending him multiple messages with no reply. I have now created a dispute against him for scamming at this moment. I'll be back on in a few hours to see what happens.Original thread: 

 

Seeing as he's been online and has decided not to respond, I've gone ahead and banned him. Should he wish to return he will have to refund you. Sorry for your loss.
