theandyman Posted May 31, 2017 Share Posted May 31, 2017 Dispute against scruffyryl Overview: I created a Buying thread for OSRS gold. scruffyryl sent me a PM asking if I was still looking to buy. A deal was made over OSBot private messages. After sending the funds and waiting where he stated to meet in game for over an hour he never showed. I waited over 1 hour after having contact with him sending him multiple messages with no reply. I have now created a dispute against him for scamming at this moment.
