No. The money will be held by us until all of the disputes against you are settled, its our leverage. If they aren't settled, we'll just refund them from the 46m and you'll remain banned. You have 48 hours to settle all disputes. 

I like how Faxe Kond0 is saying he "paid" me whilst he refused he didnt owe me money in another dispute? hmm weird right or is it just me

Closing and archiving this. If @FaxeKondi wishes to be unbanned he can post an unban appeal after he's refunded all the users he's scammed, and we will be holding the gold from this dispute for the current time being.
