Yes, all services are 100% hand-trained. There is no use of bots unless explicitly requested by the buyer. If necessary, I can provide full screenshot evidence for all levels/quests done. What payment methods do you accept? My primary payment method accepted is in-game currency (07 Gold), secondary payment method would be via UK Bank Transfer. I currently do not accept Paypal as a form of payment for services. Are your services completed independently or do you have workers? My services are single-handedly done by myself and myself only. I do not hire, have or use any other service workers at this point in time. Will I be compensated if a service order takes longer than initially agreed on? Yes, I currently offer up to 10% compensation of the entire service cost. Please note that if a service order unexpectedly requires additional time to complete, I will inform you at the nearest convenience to avoid any discrepancies. Should there be any reason that the service cannot be completed within the given timeframe and must be ceased, I am happy to provide a more than convenient refund to the buyer which would typically result in a full refund. Am I allowed to log into the account that's being serviced at any time? No, unless it is strictly agreed on between myself and the buyer - this is to prevent any accusations of botting against me and general deceit. If I understand or catch you using the account without my consent or through any agreement, I have the right to discontinue the service with no entitlement to a refund.
