Nearly 1750 total, has a questcape as of today and I am the original owner with 0 bans on it. I could max out the melee stats in nmz and even get the 99 magic quite easily if you'd like.

This may not be exactly what you're looking but but it is by far 100% the safest account you could possibly buy considering the owner of osbot @Maldesto is selling it.
