Nate Refusing to refund/re-do

So basically was looking for someone to get me fresh to some requirements done, i chose @Nate for it, we settled the price and i went first. I gave him fresh account out of tutorial island ( hand done by me) to train.

Few days later he says that account got banned, but hes willing to redo service, i said okay, created new account and gave him info, few days later he says the account got banned again. He agreed to redo a service again, but hasn't started on it for a few days, then he finally replies to me refusing to re-do it, claiming it's my fault that i got the accounts banned, and he has proof he played legit? I don't really care he played legit or not, he hasn't finished the service we agreed on, and now is refusing to refund me or re-do the service, well I actually want a refund since It's been 2 weeks and he coulndn't complete a simple service like that.

We came to an agreement that I'd complete the service a final time when I am able to do so:

I assume that this got approved after he realized he made a mistake in thinking I wasn't going to complete the service for him, we came to an agreement.

 

If he has changed his mind, then I'll copy and paste what I wrote regarding this whole situation just confirm please @Kissy that you are still willing to do what we talked about yesterday.

Its your fault the accounts got banned. Not nates. He isn't required to refund you or re-do the service a third time. However out of good will he has agreed to do so, however in his own time. You can't expect him to give you an official set time on when that will be especially since he really isn't required to do so, but like i said, is doing so out of good will. 

This dispute will be closed and no action will be taken against @Nate. (plus hes already stated he'll refund/re-do the service just in his own time which at this point is more than fair enough.)
