The quashed part is tbh a sticky situation because the OO has the right to decline and not get it quashed at all if he was wanting to be an asshole. However if he did quash it and claim it for himself then that's where he'd be in trouble, so unless you 100% know the OO is your friend and will recover for you and get it quashed feel free to risk botting on it.
