Ghost Control afk monk training

I am starting to make a defence pure, in the past I used the osbot script (m)onkslayer but it got me banned. I have seen quite a few people talking about using Ghost Control to get it to type or move the camera before the 20 min logout timer. Has anyone done this themselves and can shed some light?

nah never did this but another option is garys hood auto clicker and set it to like 1000seconds? to click every 1000seconds idk if that keeps u logged in

im at 38 def rn......1 atk 1 str. i use efighter, been getting 1.3k an hr with topaz machete, 1.4-1.5k with maple blackjack(d) 30 def and 30 thieving, i use no potions with potions its more xp

I stopped my defense pure at 60 defense. I auto-clicked 40-60, turning on any prayer when I had 0 pray points.

Monk slayer is good
