It comes up offline most of the time. When the bot finally connects to the datebase, on the next connection it's offline again.

No. Could there be anything on your computer blocking the client? 

So the client is not functioning right now?

 

i.e. I can't run scripts

The bot is having a few troubles connecting to Rs right now be patient :)

it keeps saying online and it sends tons of reports on the bottom saying connection refused and when i try to read the bug report it just spams hella messages. this just started heppening please help
