Try a different browser

Try clearing your browser cache and/or pressing shift + F5 to reload.

Can you post a screenshot of what the page looks like when you load it?

If you're on Chrome, after doing that:
Open Chrome Menu > More Tools > Developer Tools
Refresh the page
Copy/Paste what shows up in the 'Console' tab in the Developer Tools window.
