Okay edit: Any user want to make one of these for me? Just 99 mage splashing or however people are leveling up these accounts so fast. Quote me a price and a timeframe, I'm really interested in doing this.

Yep, also teleports and telegrabs and alching. Many different ways to make a 10 hp account

jesus 25m for 99 magic?

that cant be right sure even splashing costs like 2gp per xp (26m in runes)

Not quite sure but i may but not 100% that its 25m I may have glanced at a 94 magic account or something
