i msged a jagex helper on twitter, and they said it can take up to 28 days and you will receive a msg on your email and your msg centre on whether or not you'll be unbanned or still remain banned.  

Just put one in, 5 minutes later all 13 accounts linked to the email were unbanned. Lucky me

 

Edit: nvm, 12/13 the rwt one was not unbanned

Wth is this.I put my appeals the minute new system was out. Still no response for 5 accs(different mails each one) but you get unbanned so soon. Are they doing like a lottery method i wonder. 

I'd definitely say the highest price bracket.

No idea, most of my acc's were mains that I paid for membership on. Only put in a request for 1 account though, maybe someone fucked up?
