So i bought an account with a 2 day ban off @darol for 55M and stated in skype as part of my TOS that if the account was to get banned which was most likely that he will have to recover the account using zerker's method and give it back to me. Well the account got banned so i had him recover it and now he expects me to pay for an account that is already my property.... I will not pay for something that is already mine and here is the proof of the TOS:

 

 

The account had about 25M in zulrah gear + Loot and i expect to receive it all back or have Darol banned for not following the TOS and scamming my account. Also here is a thread on @decode validating my arguement.

@darol has been placed in TWC. He will have to return the account to you but i dont see anywhere in the chat logs provided that he would do it for free. 

I would suggest talking it out with him and figuring out a fair price. Let me know how it goes.

why would i pay for something i've already stated in the TOS and he's agreed to? it's like paying for something i already own and i refuse to do it.

Can you show me, in your TOS, where it says he will do it for free? All he agreed to was to use the method you stated.

I'm looking forward in getting half the price of the account that @M1tch paid for which was 50M. Half the price would be 25M. Excluding his gear and some  loot which I sold for an approximate amount of 10M. Which would leave a 15M he would owe me for "unban service"

Considering that you've already taken 10mil and he only bought the account for 50m. I'd say thats fair enough as to how much you get paid for the unbanning service. 

Please return the account to him and let me know when you've done so, so i can take you out of TWC and close the dispute.

Fair enough, my 25m for an unban was a little bit of exaggeration, account will be returned.
