The price depends on where you sell the account. If you sell it over here you won't get more than 20m because of his feedback. If he has good feedback on Sythe or some other forum he COULD get more for it but the prices may vary per website.

But value also comes from FB so for example chuckles could sell it for 450-500m while I would get maybe 200-300m from it tops
