New computer

Hello guys,

I'm planning to buy a new PC, since I'm tired of my current one (can't play the games I want with decent graphics), and I'm not a computer expert and would like some help from users that have some knowledge with computers. I have a budget of around 500-700$ to spend on computer parts, I'm not going to buy a pre-built.
The website I'm going to use is "Inet" which a friend of mine told me about (if you have any other good websites that can deliver to Sweden, please post below).

Games that I play/would like to play for example are: CSGO, Battleground, H1Z1, Total War; Warhammer, Rome 2 and Napoleon, Rust and ARK.

When I'm going to look for computer parts, what should I look for? I don't understand what GHz, Inter/AMD, Cores actually means or what they do.
If you want some more information, go ahead and ask me.

Srs tho, ARK is your biggest cost there in regards to computer power. Look at the recomended and see if they fall in your budget. Start with GPU -> CPU -> Mobo. Stock coolers for PC's are fine but are usualy pretty loud, your budget doesn't really make any room for one (a none stock cooler) but it's something you can always add later.

Don't go overkill on ram, there's really no need to excess more than 16gb tbh, see how 8gb runs for you.

PCPartpicker is really helpful in that it can show you total power consumption, so once you've found your gpu/cpu/mobo/ram you can then focus on your power supply.

reddit.com/r/buildapc is a good useful tool for starting out, they have a few good builds on the wiki you could copy.

SSD will set you back at $50, good to have, not a must. A 1TB HDD would suffice.

Would recommend a 1060 over 1050 for a increased cost of $50+-

How big of a difference is there between a 1050 Ti 4Gb and a 1060 3GB?

Price: 10619kr ~ 1180$
I'll either save up some more money or cut something down. Any tips on things to cut down?
I kind of wanna keep the 240 ssd and the 16gb ram

Performance difference. This might further explains more.

To cut down, you do not really need a 750w PSU as a 650w is more than enough. 16gb ram is fine.

Usually I would just need a ssd for quicker access of files and boot time. Therefore I went with a smaller sized ssd and a hdd for storage.
