Can you give us a screenshot from your task manager processes?
Also is your hard disk almost full or hardware outdated?

windows task manager doesnt show the cause :/ and my hardisk is be7739a462b1e5faaaa9c5c861a9c27d.png

might make a seperate petition for windows & other sht but didnt think it would matter much when building this pc

I would go with an raid level 1 if your HD/SSD is having trouble.

Would also kill the need of the windows backups.

Have you tried to update the driver software from your processor in device manager?

Go for a small(120-240gb) ssd for windows.

Your system will run much smoother and without any problems.
