Need 1-15 agility then 30 - xx fishing level (depends on cost of xp/gp) but this will have to be done via barb fish so I can gain str levels as it will be an obby mauler. 

post your gp/xp for the fishing (I WILL ONLY BE PAYING FOR THE FISHING XP , not including agility/str xp)

    You can only start barb fishing at 48 fishing though.
