He was involved in scamming someone for RSPS related gold on Sythe.

The link to the dispute can be found here: https://www.sythe.org/threads/reporting-institute/. Mods had confirmed this was infact a scam and have banned him via their site.

Just for extra clarification/identity checks, the skype ID he uses on here (Refer to SS http://prntscr.com/eq4oce) is the same as the one stated in the dispute against him (Also refer to SS http://prntscr.com/eq4ohu)
