Pretty simple I am quiting his service's and still haven't received my deposit back i noticed he was TWC now..

How much was the deposit? A Simple screenshot from the chat when you delivered the deposit would be helpful and would double as evidence. 

@Crime is already banned for having 3 other disputes against him, should he wish to sort stuff out and refund, he'll have to do so via Skype via one of us. He'll also owe you your 25m deposit.
