ok on this - i will use a MM, till you change the ORIGINAL EMAIL PASSWORD AND SET ITS RECOVERYS ( PHONE NUMBER ALSO IS NOT REGISTERED ON EMAIL) and confirmed the condition of the ORIGINAL recovery email. if you decide to back out. the middle man will not return your OSRS GP until i can access the email and change the password. YOU CAN USE A MIDDLE MAN OF YOUR CHOICE AS LONG AS THEY ARE TRUSTED. THESE ARE MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Or you can provide them the recovery details to the account and allow them to do a recovery test using a MM.

This is the safest, and probably the ONLY way people should buy accounts.

You provide them with the set of details that can be used to recover the account via the Runescape website.

They enter, attempt recovery, if it's successful, MM pays you.

they need the original email for that right? so i have to give them original email aswell? they give mm money within 24 hours when recovery is answered is succesfull the mm pays me? then what if they said it didnt work and it did. or what if i said it did work and it didnt then the money is always returned to iriginal owner no way of proving it worked or didnt if the purchaser is dishonest or seller... buyer takes a risk so does seller. ive sold 3 accs on here and have a reasonable price my first acc like this i sold for 40 mill to itragic to gain some trust. i mean we all take risks im not risking a couple hundred hours for someone to say it didnt work so they get acc and money. i cant recover the original email once they get on it past that point its all a risk with their honesty. thanks though m8 i didnt know about that style! appreciate it.

No

There are 2 ways to recover an account

  • If you have access to the E-mail which is used to recover the account, you can simply request password reset.
  • You can click "No, I dont have access to the E-mail" on password reset page, that redirects you to the Recovery page, here you enter set of details which help you recover accounts. These details include Creation Date, Billing Information (If any), Country/ISP used to create account, current ISP, previous passwords, and additional Information which can help prove that you own the account. Jagex then reviews information submitted, and if the information is sufficient enough to prove that you own the account, they return the account back to you.
