Still Bot's dont load on proxy

I am still having trouble, some bots start but the dialog and paint doesn't load and it just idles. Then when I run it without the proxy it runs fine. Its a proxyfish proxy. I'm confused on why it loads RS but wont load the actual script?

Sounds like its an issue with the proxy
