Solution Posted February 27, 2017 Share Posted February 27, 2017 You can try routing your connection through VPN's and/or proxies, because you have the chance of dodging "broken" infratructure on the way. However, if it's jagex' servers that are simply on fire (thus the end goal being unreachable) a VPN/proxy isn't really going to help very much.
