Explenation

He was looking to buy or have created multiple accounts with 50con and 45magic

i had 2, i sold them to him on 1 condition. the accounts both had a combined 12.6m in items on them, they were p2p items and the accounts were f2p so i coudnt trade them over. we agreed on the fact that montana would trade the items with in a week to me once he bonded the accounts up.

Now appertnyl he has found another gold farming method and he doesn't need the accounts anymore, so he is not going to bond them up and i am not getting the items unless he finds another use for the accounts (no time frame given) or im bonding them up myself.

I said once I bond them, not when. Granted; I had the initial idea to bond however upon discovering the concept of 10M to supply 1 bot for 4 hours; just didn't seem feasible method to pursue; alongside paying/making private script etc.

I've offered to give the accounts back with a initial refund; or he bonds the accounts himself; both of which have been denied.

I just personally feel that because I've paid for them; and their now my accounts; I shouldn't be forced to bond them (against my will) because of his items.

Note: I said "When I bond then next you'll receive them"; which the implication on my part that once I've bonded them; he'll receive items the week during.

Also - he's clearly refused to send me the email change links for the accounts after I requested them (now 20 minutes ago) - as I guess he's trying to please himself with an attempt to 'get me back' by with holding the emails.

@Eend made the deal on the condition that he would receive his items and he stated that multiple times.

Regarding bonding the account, you said when, not if. The reason you should be forced to bond them isn't against your will because you yourself said you would bond them, and the deal was made on that basis.

You will have to bond the accounts and give the items, or, if you don't want to bond the accounts you can just trade @Eend the value of the items on the account.

@Eend could you please provide the links to the gyazo's you posted in skype that proved the items on the account?

I truly don't believe you intended for this to happen and it's a weird situation so no TWC will be given at this time.
