Purchasing Account With Original Email

Featured Replies

Hey So question.

If someone sells and account and gives you the original email, what are the odds they can recover the account? Can they recover it? Just curious.

I mean i know they may be able to recover the email via email provider but that can be checked when purchasing the account for any security.

What do you guys think? Any past experiences?

I'm pretty sure if enough information by original creator is provided, ANY account can potentially be rerecorded.
If you're buying accounts, choose someone with good rep, longevity, feedback, etc.

Account can always be recovered by the original owner. Only buy from people that you fully trust.

It depends? Does the account have recovery questions. If it doesn't then personally I don't think that it can be recovered. Any of the accounts I am currently training RIGHT NOW don't have recovery questions meaning it would be impossible for me to recover after I sell them on.

If they do have recovery questions then yes, they can recover.

Also note that they can also recover if they have purchased membership on the account with a card. I use bonds personally so it really depends on all the detail/activity on the account.
