It bothers me less than users' with a signature that's is too long.

ex: @Kimbo's has too much extra whitespace :'(

Yes it was annoying to look at 

I don't mind the profile picture one but the signature one is "eye catching" it's big and I don't think appropriate.

It does give your account an image that can be perceived as negative (at-least to liberal minded people)

But its your space and your reputation so do whatever you want.

In a community of people that don't play by the rules I don't believe it to be an issue.
