going to assume 5m bc bond, however the argument is you can just splash so ye idk

You'd need accounts with 40 range and then it would take about 37 hours of splashing to 66 magic.

That can all be done f2p.

it'd take about 43k mind & 86k airs which is about 500k?.

 

 

You're not going to find cheap accounts, supply and demand my friend. I'm pretty sure Juggles can make these for you.
