Yeah that's what i had in mind! Is mage really necessary if i'm not planning to blitz or barrage pk?

Na, its not needed if you don't plan to use mage at all. just makes your pure look nice

If you really dislike mage that much don't do it. But it does have some really great benefits.
Teleports, Ancients, and Teleblock are just a few mentions.
As for the rate I'd say 6/10. Slightly above average.
