Well, i'm a pure so i have nothing to do with defense mate.

I already have more than 40 strength

since monks are packed i suggest seagulls or hob goblins?

there are masses of guides on youtube that explain what's the best method. But if you're genuinly building an account, make it member otherwise youll get banned pronto
