Fastest way to get Combat skills up?

Well, title says it all. I'm looking for the fastest way to get my combat skills up in a Free to Play world.

Well, i'm a pure so i have nothing to do with defense mate.

I already have more than 40 strength

there are masses of guides on youtube that explain what's the best method. But if you're genuinly building an account, make it member otherwise youll get banned pronto
