Let me get this straight, you paid him 2.5m upfront on a agreed signature but you're disputing him because it wasn't completed in such a short timeframe of less than a hour?

It's a GFX it will take some time it's not something that can be done in 10 minutes unless that person, has a template.

Regardless, I've asked WiseGoldMan to respond

well you can see him saying that he will add me on skype and him confirming that he got 2.5m in trade and him ignoring me on skype and osbot

Not sure whats gone off, ive added goldman apprant real skype and ive been speaking to him where he claims he has been hacked and they changed his password and email

There's a strong possibility @WiseGoldMan has been hacked on OSBot, so he will remain in TWC at least until his account is secure and he fixes other disputes. 

However, @WiseGoldMan has completed the graphic for @DXD and @DXD is no longer interested in the dispute. @WiseGoldMan has agreed to not take the second payment due to the circumstances. This dispute is closed.
