Decode was our middleman and still has possession of my account, pending WiseGoldMan completes my service. 1-60 strength, 1-55 slayer, and mith gloves package was the service. I bought a bond and gave the user 12m to use however he wished on the account (to utilize for the service). Three days have gone by, and I have received 21 strength levels. An amount of time spent I could myself do within probably an hour of playing. In 72 hours. I have been dissatisfied from the start with this guy, and his inability to work on my service. Upon research, I have discovered the user is already banned on Sythe for scamming. And sure enough 8m of it is missing, with the other money put towards a fury and some supplies. 4m towards supplies, 8m missing. I would like my 8m refunded, and then I would like research into this guy, because the Sythe account looks to be his. I am terminating the service between us, as I have already changed my password for protection over what is left on my account. Look, the dude has gotten me 5,000 total experience in 3 days, meanwhile I see him regularly on the forums looking for services to collect. Even posting on his own service thread that he's open and ready for business. I was dissatisfied with the service so i did some research and learned he is already banned on another website. Edit: He is going to tell you that i broke the T.O.S and I won't be eligible for a refund. While i understand technically those terms got broken, I learned the guy was a scammer so i did what i felt was necessary to protect my money on the account, which upon logging in i learned was missing.... this leading me to an immediate password change. He claims he mules money off of services he does for some reason or another, which I find to be bogus. It's 8m... I understand it's a small amount but I just want to get it back and find someone who is going to be able to provide me with adequate services. Why on earth is there a need to remove GP from an account in the first place especially whenever the money is there for the service? And even so, this removal was never once discussed with myself. He has gotten me 1-21 strength, a total of like 5,000 xp. It took him (now is day 4) so 4 days of a fresh bond... can we just call it even? The timeframe was 2 weeks, he has been pestering me daily since I got information to the account.. pretty much verbally abusing me and talking me down. According to the Osbot Terms of service, which he as broken it states the account cannot be logged into nor can the password be changed during the service or no refund will be given. The person I did that trade with also somehow got information to my main staker acc (which I am assuming through one of the scripts that I had bought through one of his close friends, however nonetheless completely unrelated and Jon didnt even contact me before changing the information to the account. I offered to refund the 8m as well as finish the service if he changed information back. But again, if we are following osbots terms of service, no refund should be given for his actions. Many times people get more than one service done at a time through various people and the only way to protect myself from that is either they have different passwords or mule the gold themselves. If I were to scam a meager 8m, I would have taken the other 4m in supplies as well wouldn't I? I dont believe that just getting paid for 20 str is fair at this point because he decided to cancel the service 3 days in, especially if we are going by what is stated in the Terms and Conditions, which would make sense.
