Explanation:
Over chatbox he had told he had created the account. 
Over chatbox the account was sold for 25m + another 4m that i would repay him later because i didn't have funds. We agreen upon 5 days. 
Once i logged into the account, it was standing at G.E. 
I had logged in it's bank pin after asking him it again over chat box. 
He had answered it. 
The account was then logged out (JAGEX) 
I then wanted to log in again, and see whats up. 
I requested the Login ID and password 1 more time as i didn't write it down. 
When he told me, he transferred the email over to me simultaneously, and as he did, and i changed the password... 
Once logging in it was already banned. 
Same day, within first 15 minutes of transaction. 
I had repeated multiple times to him over chatbox, but i was being ignored. 

THE WHOLE TRANSACTION was done through chatbox. Admins are able to get logs.

I've asked the user to respond here. Can you tell us when the transaction took place so we can pull up the chat logs?

Okay first of all this is dumb , as you can see i din't ignore him i want to sleep cause i had exams

 

Second of all i never botted on that acount i haven't even played on it at all in the last 2-3 months ?

what i think that happend he bougth the acount and got it banned because he was unhappy , as you can see in the chatbox logs after i sold him the acount he suddenly said i lied about it having certain quest done etc .

 

I'm not sure what else i'm suppose to say 

I was satisfied with the account. 
It didn't matter to me that tree gnome village wasn't done... 
And how on Earth was i supposed to 'get mad and get it banned' 
That makes no sense. 

Waiting on the chat logs. Once i take a look at them i'll get back to you on what will happen. 

It was literally banned within first minute of owning it..

Thats not true because u logged into it several times because u fergot passwords etc and u had to ask me agien

After reviewing the chat logs, we have decided that uta will not be held liable for a refund. 

The reason we came to this conclusion is that a few hours (You said the account got banned seconds later) you came into the chat box claiming that you lost void in wildy. You only messaged uta about a ban in the chatbox a few hours later too. All this proves you have been lying and because you probably botted on the account, lost the void and got it banned, you wanted a quick refund.

Also @Dyce you have until Friday to pay Uta the final 4M that you owe him

CHECK THE LOGS OF THE ACCOUNT! 
IT GOT BANNED INSTANTANEOUSLY! 

The void lost was on a completely different account. 
Check my logs of the account i used.... 
I didn't even have a chance to do anything on the account?

This is OUTRAGEOUS! I bought GP for excessive price to buy this account to have it instant ban....
How is this at all fair. 

No it didnt get instantaneously banned  29th --> 30th January is 1 day difference.

There was 8 hours after the point of sale in which the account was banned.

THE IP's were prob different.... he logged before giving it to me and it got instantaneously banned..... 
What are you guys not saying... 
It was no ban STRAIGHT to PERM ban...

PLEASE investigate this further. This is not deemed fair. 
I did not bot on this account, i didn't even get to use it... after accessing bank.... it was boom banned 
And then uta 'went to bed'
