guys I literally just got 99 strength on my pure yesterday and went to go quest it for 43 prayer... did holy grail and got 31 defense, so sick to my stomach I cba to even post a picture of the stats so I will just tell you them.

i think d slayer mm femmy nature spirit heros and holy grail exceeds 45

and 45 def is 61kxp 

he could do it without getting 46 maybe but that quest defo isnt advised
