Hey guys- I'm just looking for some knowledge on the subject.

If I purchase an account without a registered email and it having a  fake email login, is it still possible for the account to be recovered? 

It's always possible for the person who created the account to hack it back no matter what.

Yes, but it's a little safer. If you play on the account for a while then it shouldn't be an issue. As long as it's a fake email you may have a chance after playing on the account for a while. 

 

Jagex can can see the IP of the original creation so your only hope would be that the guy moves or you play on it so much it takes away from the original IP. 

 

Or or just hope they don't recover. :p
