I'd prefer lower stats with more quests complete etc. 

tbh you wont get much better and dont expect an account with quests.

or you will find somene who has 1 posts 0 feedback and has a deal that is way too nice to be true.

I have a starter pure, 40 attack with mith gloves 62 strength 57 range and 58 magic. Only down fall is its got a bot bust ban on it.
