Reasoning: Banned on another botting platform after refusing to refund someone's money I believe.

Placed him in TWC for now, not sure if this is how that site works but it says he's still a registered regular user and it doesn't say he's banned.

 

(I've personally never understood how the site worked tbh) 

 

I double checked and just saw a dispute there in which a new user got banned but his main pip showed as $5 donor so it is quite confusing.

 

Regardless, he's in TWC and he'll PM me and explain himself.

Going to lock this for now, @Fluffee can report it if he has evidence to add or just PM me the evidence.

Edit: I was informed by  @Fluffee that he has refunded the victim.
